Room 1 - Single Room with Small Double Bed This single occupancy room is located on the first floor and features a small double bed, an en-suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi.

Room 2 - Small Double Room This cosy double room features a standard double bed, an en-suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi. This room has a view of the garden to the side of the property. Please note that the room is on the first floor, and there is no lift.

Room 3 - King Room with Balcony This room features a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs, and far-reaching views over the Looe Valley. Free WiFi, a flat-screen LED TV and an en-suite shower room are also provided.

Room 4 - Super King or Twin Room Featuring an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower, 32-inch flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and views of the garden and of the Looe Valley. There is a zip and link bed which can be made as either two single beds or a super king-size bed.

Room 5 - King Room This spacious first floor room features a wooden king size bed, an en-suite shower room, a 40 inch flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. It has views over the lawned garden and Looe Valley.

Room 9 - Super King With an en suite bathroom, including a walk-in shower and a slipper bath. There are exposed beams, a super king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi. This room has far reaching views of the Looe Valley. Please note that this room is on the second floor and there is no lift.

Room 6 - Small Double Room This cosy double room is located on the second floor. It features a standard double bed, an en-suite shower room, 32-inch flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There are views of the surrounding Looe Valley with and views of the Moorswater Viaduct. Please note that this room is accessed via stairs as there is no lift at the property.

Room 8 - King Suite Located on the second floor, with original exposed beams, it features a wooden king sized bed, an en-suite shower room, a double sofa and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. It has views over the rear garden towards Liskeard.
