Beachview Flat This room features a balcony offering views of Ohiwa Beach. It includes a flat-screen TV, a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 5 (see Hotel Policies). Nestled into a private, peaceful section of our park, the beachview flats offer elevated views of stunning Ohiwa beach and the Pacific Ocean. Guests can enjoy a quiet covered courtyard with deck chairs and table, complimented by native New Zealand trees and plants. Flats sleep up to five people (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed and a pull-out couch). Beds are fully made up with all required linen and the flats have a full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchens make dining easy with fridge, freezer, and microwave. In the warmer months, enjoy an outdoor barbecue down in the park or choose to dine indoors on the dining table and chairs designed for four people, or outdoors in the privacy of your own courtyard.

Motel Room (1BR) This room features a patio offering views of Ohiwa Beach. It features a flat-screen TV, a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 (see Hotel Policies). Park Motels are ideal for families looking for a little luxury. Each park motel is architecturally designed to provide maximum light and spacious living with easy indoor/outdoor flow onto balconies overlooking stunning Ohiwa beach and the Pacific Ocean. Motels sleep up to four people (1 x double bed, 1 x set of bunks). Beds are fully made up with all required linen and the motels have a full kitchen and bathroom.
