One-Bedroom Lodge with Hot Tub An open plan living area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining facilities, a bathroom with power shower feature in this spacious, semi-detached lodge. The French doors open to a wooden veranda with views of the vale of Pickering and the Howardian Hills and with outdoor furniture for an alfresco dining experience. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed suitable for up to 2 children, and a surcharge applies. The maximum number of persons that can be accommodated is 2 adults and 2 children.

Superior Lodge with Hot Tub Situated close to the children's play area, this 2-bedroom detached lodge boasts 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living room area and a wall-mounted TV. The fully fitted kitchen features a hob, oven, and a fridge freezer. The maximum number of persons that can be accommodated is 4 adults.

Premier Lodge with Hot Tub A detached two-bedroom lodge located next to the children's play area. The lodge has a double room with en-suite bathroom, twin room and separate bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with TV and dining table. It offers garden views and private hot tub. This lodge cannot accommodate pets. The maximum number of persons that can be accommodated is 4 adults.

The French windows will lead you the outdoor decking with furniture for al fresco dining and your own private barbecue. The second bedroom has twin beds, a single wardrobe and a vanity unit. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and can be accessed from both the master bedroom and from the hallway. The maximum number of persons that can be accommodated is 4 adults.
