House (6 Adults + 2 Children) Typical independent 19th-century Périgord farmhouse house featuring: • 4 Bedrooms: 2 on ground floor with one with a fireplace and 2 upstairs with air conditioning • 3 bathrooms: 2 on ground floor with a bathtub, the other with a shower and one upstairs with a shower • a living room with an open kitchen, another fireplace and a sofa • TVs & DVD players at your disposal in this accommodation • free high-speed WiFi access • terrace and pergola equipped with a barbecue and an electric plancha • a large private and fenced garden with a private hot tub on the veranda • access to a private heated swimming pool (treated with salt) and hot tub from mid-April to the end of October. The pool and hot tub are located in the shared garden of the main farmhouse and there is a pool house nearby.

House (2 Adults + 3 Children) Independent house built in a 19th-century farmhouse on 2 levels with: • A living room, with a enclosed fireplace, TV, DVD player, free high-speed WiFi • A kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, combined microwave oven, laundry facilities and a dining area • On ground floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom and upstairs air-conditioned bedrooms for 2 children or teenagers • Bathroom with shower and separate toilets • Private terrace with barbecue and planchas, and a 10 000m2 fenced garden around the heated swimming pool open from mid-April to the end of October that has to be shared.

Guests may also relax in the fenced garden and enjoy the property's swimming pool, located a 3-minute walk away (shared with other guests).
